We continuously monitor your Woodforest Debit MasterCard® activity to help identify and prevent fraudulent transactions on your account. For additional protection, Woodforest now offers debit card fraud alerts by sending a text straight to your mobile device.
How does it work? If suspicious charges outside of the norm appear on your Woodforest Debit MasterCard®, a text will be sent to your mobile device instructing you to call our Fraud Department where a Fraud Specialist will assist you.
